Hi,I bought used DS708 from eBay. I am a second owner.I tried to register with my ID but failed because the serial number is already registered in the database.Do you anybody know how to register second owner ?Thank you.Tags: registration

Get all the information from the old owner, with your ebay invoice email it to Autel Customer Service explaining them that you are the new owner now see if they can help you.............But, again why would you want to register it on to your name..............? You only need to register it if you want to update it, and Autel don't provide any updates for this tool any more....... -

All you have to do is provide the serial number and password - and just tell them you are the new owner. They will let someone register it once every 90 days.Even though it's EOL, you can still register it and download the last released updates from Autel, whether they are updates to vehicles already installed on the device or not.
